Because cloth diapers are a hygiene item, we don't take general returns. That's why we created our 60-Day 'Try Before You Commit' policy for new users to test one diaper with
confidence.

• Eligibility: Applies only to your 1st purchase and to one (1) Bumfy Melo Diaper.
Valid for 60 days from delivery.
• Bundle Packs: You may only use ONE diaper from the pack; all others must be
returned unwashed and unused.
• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for sending the return back via
courier service (we do not offer pickup).
• Defects: Products with manufacturing defects can be exchanged within 7 days.
• Note: Minor variations in print/stitching are normal and not covered by the return
policy.
